Control Panel Tutorials

To ensure the best in customer support and satisfaction, Tampa Bay Hosting is proud to offer it's customers on-line tutuorials in how to perform the most used H-Sphere control panel functions. These range from adding a new e-mail account to changing your hosting package.

These Tutorials are in movie form that allows you to start, stop and rewind the tutorial in a separate window so you can follow along. These tutorials use Flash, so you need to have a flash player installed. These tutorials are up-to-date, but as our control panel software is always being updated, you may see some differences.

Please Note: Some of these functions have related charges with them, so be sure that you are aware of any costs involved with adding functionallity to your site. Examples: SSL Certificate, dedicated IP address, changing hosting plans, cutom jobs, and adding domains.
