When you do have a problem, document it the best you can by copying error messages and include them in the support ticket via you control panel to us so that we know where to look. Be sure to include the domain name and phone contact information so that we can reply to your inquiry. In order to keep our prices competitive we can not provide FREE application support, database support or administration for your website. It is your responsibility to be knowledgeable regarding your website, its contents and how to update and maintain it. To assist you in learning the control panel and its functions we provide a selection of on-line tutorials that will guide you through the more common tasks. ON-LINE CONTROL PANEL TUTORIALS We also have an On-line Technical Support Forum that provides answers to Frequenly Asked Questions (FAQs) and allows our customers to provide assistance to each other. Our technical support staff monitors this forum and provides assistance on a daily basis.
